Ryan S. Bundy
About Ryan
Ryan joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in November 2016 and currently serves as Director of the Creditors’ Rights Group. Under his guidance, the group takes a comprehensive approach to clients’ collection management processes, ensuring maximum recovery while carefully managing costs and protecting our clients’ rights. The group’s work spans a broad range of debts, including auto loans, credit card debts, student loans, construction receivable accounts, and medical debts.
Ryan focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, business litigation, and real estate and construction disputes. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. A member of the Ohio Creditors’ Rights Association, Ryan is well-regarded for his strategic and results-oriented approach to legal challenges.

Anthony T. Betta
About Anthony
Anthony joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP’s Litigation Department in 2020 as Of Counsel. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Ohio, including Ohio’s Northern and Southern Districts. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, probate litigation, securities litigation, receiverships, and collections.
Before relocating to Ohio in 2016, Anthony practiced in New Jersey, representing clients in state and federal courts. He has handled breach of contract disputes, corporate litigation, and Fair Labor Standards Act actions.
Anthony also represents clients in Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act cases, commercial evictions, and tax foreclosures. He is experienced in drafting motions, deposing witnesses, and preparing for trial.
